Industrial Operations Finance Partner

Bunge is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing financial expertise and support to our industrial operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses, including variable and fixed costs.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly forecast of plant industrial costs and analyze actual expenses versus forecast and business plan.
  • Lead the preparation of yearly business plans for plant industrial expenses and provide ad-hoc analysis to support plant managers and the finance team.
  • Drive the preparation of new initiatives and post-implementation reviews, and support the identification and validation of projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.
  • Ensure proper OPEX vs CAPEX classification and monthly submission of PQSE KPI reporting.
  • Manage, control, and document inventory counts, and work with other plant Industrial Finance Partners to standardize processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience and international exposure is an advantage.
  • Ease of learning SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of international company procedures and compliance issues.
