Industrial Operations Finance Partner

Bunge is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Finance Partner to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing financial expertise and support to our industrial operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with plant managers and stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting of industrial expenses.
  • Lead the preparation of business plans and forecasts for plant industrial expenses.
  • Drive the implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of standardized processes and tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in industrial finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
