**Job Summary**

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Operations Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in collaborating with industrial leaders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses, including accruals and forecasts.
  • Lead the preparation of yearly business plans and monthly reports to support plant managers and the finance team.
  • Drive the development of new initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other plant finance partners to standardize processes and improve financial performance.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience, preferably in a finance or operations role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
