Job Title: General Foreperson for Heavy Equipment

Wright Tree Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreperson for Heavy Equipment to join our team. As a General Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our heavy equipment team, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of heavy equipment operators to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure that all heavy equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all heavy equipment is properly utilized and that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide training and guidance to heavy equipment operators to ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of heavy equipment operators to ensure that they are meeting safety and productivity standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operations and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of safety and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL.
