Job Responsibilities

Welcome to a role that places you at the center of hotel operations, allowing you to engage in a rewarding daily routine within a global organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

Providing a warm and personalized welcome, ensuring guest satisfaction is your top priority. Acting as a liaison between various hotel departments based on guest requests, recognized as a key facilitator within the establishment. Committing to the continuous enhancement of service quality, where your suggestions are always valued and encouraged. Fostering guest loyalty; your efforts will encourage them to return. Receiving training in financial management and ensuring the safety of guests and property. During night shifts, overseeing hotel operations in the absence of management, including closing procedures, cash handling, and preparing for the next day. Executing all check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Managing reservations via online platforms and phone calls. Welcoming guests upon arrival and assigning rooms. Providing detailed information about hotel amenities, room availability, and pricing. Addressing and resolving guest complaints effectively. Collaborating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and well-prepared for guests. Confirming group bookings and arranging tailored services for VIP guests and event participants. Promoting additional services and amenities when appropriate. Maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments. Assisting at the hotel bar and preparing light snacks for guests. Supporting breakfast service as needed, ensuring a well-presented buffet with no shortages. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

Are attentive to others and their surroundings, striving to make each guest's stay memorable with a personal touch. Possess strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, being responsive to guest needs. Are fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Have a desire to grow within the hospitality sector and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
