About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Renewal Cloud Executive to join our team at Randstad Es. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end renewal overconsumption support, maintaining knowledge of entitlement metrics, and supporting the field on transactional steps related to overconsumption lead execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Renewal and Retention: Provide expert-level support for customer renewal and retention efforts, ensuring seamless execution of renewal processes and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  2. Contract Management: Manage cloud subscription contracts, ensuring accurate tracking of entitlement metrics and timely execution of renewal-related tasks.
  3. Commercial Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial operations, leveraging internal SAP networks to navigate complex commercial software systems.
  4. Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions, commercial metrics, and forecasting principles to provide expert-level support to clients.
  5. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Language: Advanced proficiency in English, with German a plus.
  3. Experience: 4+ years of experience in commercial operations, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline creation goals and follow-up execution.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
