We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Renewal Cloud Executive to join our team at Randstad Es. Key Responsibilities- Renewal and Retention: Provide expert-level support for customer renewal and retention efforts, ensuring seamless execution of renewal processes and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Contract Management: Manage cloud subscription contracts, ensuring accurate tracking of entitlement metrics and timely execution of renewal-related tasks.
- Commercial Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial operations, leveraging internal SAP networks to navigate complex commercial software systems.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions, commercial metrics, and forecasting principles to provide expert-level support to clients.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English, with German a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in commercial operations, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline creation goals and follow-up execution.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competitive Salary: 40/45,000 gross annual salary.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Tele remote work option (2 days/week).
