About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Operations Coordinator to join our UX Research team at Adaptavist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our research projects, from participant recruitment to data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities * Establish and maintain standards and frameworks for research operations, including participant recruitment and engagement * Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research activities * Collaborate with researchers to create pre-defined templates for report formatting and presentation * Define and deliver on a UX research operations roadmap to improve efficiency and address gaps * Maintain awareness and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws Enhance Research Operations Efficiency * Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for research participants * Build strong collaborations with internal teams to understand research requirements and ensure effective participant recruitment * Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment methods and processes to ensure the use of the most suitable approaches for each study * Foster a community and develop a database of engaged participants through innovative strategies Manage and Administrate Research Assets * Oversee research operations budgeting and resource allocation * Manage research tools effectively to meet project requirements * Work closely with legal and finance departments to streamline the integration of new tools and manage contractual and financial aspects What We're Looking For * Background in UX or Market Research Operations with a knack for managing tasks and coordinating efforts smoothly * Confident in performing well under pressure and delivering top results * Skilled at engaging with key stakeholders and guiding decisions * Experienced in guiding diverse teams and demonstrating effective research * Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once and keep everything organized * Expert at connecting with various audiences and using social media and databases to recruit specific groups Join Our Team If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for research operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our UX Research team at Adaptavist.
