About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Operations Coordinator to join our UX Research Team at Adaptavist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our research projects, from participant recruitment to data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Collaborate with researchers to create pre-defined templates for reports, charts, and presentations, ensuring a professional presentation of research findings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and platforms to support recruitment and research activities.
  • Manage research tools and resources, ensuring they meet project requirements and are used effectively.
  • Work closely with the UX team to develop and deliver a UX research operations roadmap that improves efficiency and addresses gaps.
Requirements
  • Background in UX or Market Research Operations, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with recruitment strategies, participant engagement, and data protection regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
