**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a highly skilled Global Total Rewards Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the development of our global compensation and benefits strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Performance Management**
* Lead and manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and communication with Exec on budget and adequacy of leaders' recommendations
* Develop and implement performance management tools and processes that align with company objectives
* Manage and update our pay benchmarking tool and propose improvements
* Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management practices
**Compensation**
* Assist with the development and implementation of competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to craft and review new hire offer packages
* Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices
* Lead midyear and year-end performance review cycles
* Partner with finance to ensure all pay review initiatives fit budgets
**Benefits Administration**
* Oversee the administration of global benefits programs, including health, parental leave, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefits
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
* Manage relationships with benefits providers and vendors
