Market Strategy and Growth Analyst

ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U is on the lookout for a skilled, innovative, and dedicated Market Strategy & Growth Analyst to become a vital part of our dynamic Expansion and Go-to-Market team (GTM). This Analyst will collaborate closely with the GTM Director and the President for Business Development, who is also the Founder of the organization. Together, they will refine the Go-To-Market strategies and tools to facilitate expansion in our newly established markets.

Key Responsibilities

The Market Strategy & Growth Analyst will be an essential member of the Expansion and Go-to-Market team, tasked with:

Initiating and supporting new market operations. Enhancing the Go-To-Market strategy and monitoring its execution. Identifying new adjacent business opportunities that leverage our strengths.

This role will necessitate a deep understanding of:

Our business model. Our Go-to-Market approach (digital marketing, customer engagement, sales recruitment, key performance indicators, etc.). Our product offerings and services. Our operational processes to effectively serve our clients.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the formulation of the Go-To-Market strategy, recognizing risks and opportunities. Supporting commercial teams in implementing specific processes and tools to enhance revenue. Analyzing operational and financial data to draw insights and prepare management reports for improvement proposals. Collaborating with the Expansion and Go-to-Market team on various projects, including new market launches.

Location

The position will be based in a central location with expected travel across Europe.

Reporting Structure

Directly reporting to the Manager/Director of the department.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

We are seeking experienced professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or industry, preferably in strategy, marketing, or sales.

Strong affinity for data and technology with the ability to analyze opportunities and processes. Solid business acumen, understanding the impact of key performance indicators. Proficient in complex data analysis and advanced modeling using Excel. Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and a commitment to overcoming challenges to achieve objectives. Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in high-pressure environments, both independently and within an international/multicultural team. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to grasp the broader context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas simply to diverse audiences. Proficient in English (additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Dutch are advantageous). University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Additional skills that will be valued:

Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance. Experience in retail sales, particularly in field sales. Familiarity with data management and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g., SQL, DAX, R) will also be appreciated.
