- Contract Review: Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Commission Models: Develop and implement commission models to incentivize sales teams and drive revenue growth.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in market analysis, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (ADE preferred).
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills, ability to conduct detailed market analysis and financial modeling, strong understanding of contracts and ability to assist in contract negotiations, and familiarity with consumer credit, market requirements, and credit risk analysis.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. French or Italian is a plus.
- Location: Ideally based in Madrid, but candidates from London, Paris, or Milan will also be considered.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in banking, consumer credit, or fintech is essential. Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus.
