Market Strategy and Growth Analyst

ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U is in search of a skilled, innovative, and enthusiastic Market Strategy & Growth Analyst to become a vital part of our expanding and successful Go-to-Market team (GTM). The Analyst will collaborate closely with the GTM Director and the President for Business Development, who is also the Founder of the organization. Together, they will enhance the Go-To-Market methodologies and tools to facilitate expansion in our newly launched markets.

Key Responsibilities

The Market Strategy & Growth Analyst will be an essential member of the Expansion and Go-to-Market team, tasked with:

Initiating and supporting new market operations (having successfully established business in multiple countries). Advancing the Go-To-Market strategy and monitoring its execution. Identifying new adjacent business opportunities (businesses that differ from our core alarm value proposition but are closely related, allowing us to leverage our strengths).

This role necessitates a commitment to thoroughly understand :

Our business model. Our Go-to-Market approach (digital marketing, call center operations, field sales & recruitment, end-to-end KPIs, etc.). Our products and services. Our operational processes (Alarm monitoring, Customer Care, Maintenance, etc.) to effectively serve our clients.

Additional tasks will include:

Assisting in defining the Go-To-Market strategy, recognizing risks and opportunities. Supporting commercial teams in various countries with the implementation of specific processes and tools to enhance profitability. Analyzing operational & financial data to draw conclusions and prepare management reports for proposing improvements and facilitating decision-making. Collaborating with the rest of the Expansion and Go-to-Market team on projects such as launching new market operations.

Location

The position will be based in a central location with expected travel across Europe (approximately 50%).

Reports and Organizational Structure

Directly reporting to the Manager/Director of the area.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

We are seeking experienced professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or industry, preferably in strategy, marketing, or sales .

Strong affinity for data and technology with the ability to analyze opportunities and processes deeply. Solid business acumen, understanding the business implications of KPIs. Proficient in complex data analysis and advanced data modeling using Excel. Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and dedication, overcoming challenges to achieve objectives, with an innovative and open mindset towards new methodologies. Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in high-pressure environments, working independently and within an international/multicultural team. Structured, detail-oriented, and able to grasp the overarching vision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts simply to diverse audiences. Proficient in written and spoken English (additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Dutch are advantageous). University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Additional complementary skills will be valued:

Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance. Experience in retail sales (e.g., banking, telecommunications, insurance), particularly in field sales (door-to-door). Experience in data management and visual creation (Power BI or similar software). Basic to medium programming skills will also be valued (e.g., SQL, DAX, R ).
