We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Market Intelligence team at Celonis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining, owning, and driving the go-to-market positioning and strategy for the Celonis Platform and Solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of adjacent technological categories, including AI, process orchestration, enterprise architecture, data and analytics.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including key competitors and market trends.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and execute strategies to outmaneuver competitors and drive market share growth.
- Leverage market research and analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and trends.
- Develop and maintain competitive positioning materials, including market research and analysis, to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with industry analysts, domain experts, and partners to stay informed on market trends and developments.
- Conduct trend analysis and deal debriefs on competitive deals, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to define go-to-market approach and drive execution in collaboration with the entire organization.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, enterprise architecture, solution engineering, IT-industry analyst, or a similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, product marketing, market intelligence, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- Technical BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus.
- Strategy and market research knowledge and exposure required.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills in English.
- Intellectual curiosity with an innate desire to learn and master market dynamics, customer stories, and competitive advantage.
- Agile and team-oriented, with ability to give and receive feedback, change tact, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goal.
- Ability to see the big picture and contribute to strategy development while also working in the details.
