- Developing strong product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Building strong relationships with Account Executives to drive business growth
- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM
- Meeting sales quotas and continuously improving sales performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BA/BS degree in a related field
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships
- Relevant working experience in the DACH market
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling and emailing
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills
- High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
