About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Pragmatic Play. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
