Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks and online platforms.
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information and design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and organize recruitment events to promote our company culture and values.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Dutch is a must.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
