Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee our full-cycle recruiting process. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determining selection criteria, and sourcing potential candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Determine selection criteria and develop interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, professional networks, and job fairs
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System and make recommendations for hire
  • Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on Dutch language proficiency
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
