About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Transcom. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Support hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired, by taking care of the entire recruitment process, from job ad creation to offer and onboarding.
- Sourcing and Engagement: Identify relevant sourcing channels, mainly for roles within German, Dutch, and Nordic speaking customer service in Iberia, and engage with top talent to provide a unique and positive candidate experience.
- Process Improvement: Work hands-on in improving our various candidate touchpoints through enhancing our recruitment tools and processes.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and strengthening our employer brand through internal and external channels, for attracting Transcom's most valuable assets – our people.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and geographies, ensuring that multiple recruitment needs are fulfilled within SLAs and deadlines.
- Collaboration and Support: Provide support to other locations within Europe, working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams based across Iberia.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about building and promoting the employer brand, and has a good understanding of recruitment systems, social media, and tools. You should be fluent in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish, plus English.
Requirements
- Experience: At least a year's experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in one of the mentioned languages, plus English.
- Skills: Ability to identify and engage talent, provide a unique and positive candidate experience, and adapt to requirements in various locations.
- Personal Qualities: Passionate about building and promoting the employer brand, and thrive on working across cultures and nationalities.
