Join Our Team as a Business Growth Specialist

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Acquisition Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality leads to our New Business Sales partners across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
  • Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  • Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team's needs.
  • Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
  • Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research.
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education.
  • B2 level or higher of the market being supported.
  • Native level of Greek or any CEE language.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
