About the Position:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobility industry, a data-driven approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
  • Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.
  • Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.
  • Ensure continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and insight generation.
  • Utilize and design analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth team, including marketing, data analytics, and product growth specialists.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive innovation by testing and implementing cutting-edge growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills and strategic mindset.
  • Extensive experience in analytics applied to business problems (SQL, Amplitude, and/or Tableau experience preferred).
  • Knowledge in marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting, or operations strategy experience.
  • Plus, if you have served in growth areas in other companies.
  • Analytical ability on company data to uncover key business insights and growth opportunities.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills on marketing performance.
  • Strong understanding of growth methodologies, be it loops, funnels, CRO, etc.
