About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth and Expansion to join our team at Cabify. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
    • Set ambitious growth targets and KPIs, and ensure alignment across all relevant teams.
  • User/Driver Acquisition, Engagement and Retention
    • Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
    • Design multi-channel campaigns and leverage digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and other growth channels to expand the user base.
    • Ensure continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis and insight generation mindset.
    • Propose solutions that help Cabify to guarantee competitive advantage based on superior customer experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Utilize and design analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key growth metrics.
    • Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth team, including marketing, data analytics, and product growth specialists.
    • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research and Innovation
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
    • Drive innovation by testing and implementing cutting-edge growth strategies.
    • Experiment with new growth tactics and channels to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills and strategic mindset
  • Extensive experience in analytics applied to business problems
  • Knowledge in marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting or operations strategy experience
  • Analytical ability on company data to uncover key business insights and growth opportunities
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills on Marketing performance
  • Strong understanding of Growth methodologies
