Job Title: Customer Service With Norwegian

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Norwegian speaker to join our Consumer Experience team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Process returns and exchanges
  • Assist with order tracking and shipment updates
  • Perform associated administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Native or bilingual level of Norwegian
  • Very high level of English (C1 minimum)
  • Documentation to work in Spain (NIE number + Social Security number)
  • Availability to start on a full-time basis
  • Highly valuable: valuable experience in Customer Service or similar roles, people with high orientation to customer service and passionate about sports
