**About the Role**

The Area Manager Shop In Shop is a key position at AWWG, responsible for leading store staff to meet performance goals and maintain our brand image in SIS and Departmental stores.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Attract, retain, and motivate high-performing teams to drive business results.
  • Recruit and onboard talented candidates to fill critical roles.
  • Analyze financial results and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Guide teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
  • Mentor employees for professional development and career advancement.
  • Optimize job schedules to ensure efficient use of staff resources.
  • Foster strong relationships with ECI management to drive business partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure adherence to business procedures and processes to maintain operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to drive business results.
  • Provide visual merchandising guidelines and brand trainings to store staff to enhance customer experience.

**Position Requirements:**

  • 4-6 years of experience in Store Management or a related field.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office to drive business results.
  • High level of ERP knowledge to drive operational excellence.
