**About the Role**
The Area Manager Shop In Shop is a key position at AWWG, responsible for leading store staff to meet performance goals and maintain our brand image in SIS and Departmental stores.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Attract, retain, and motivate high-performing teams to drive business results.
- Recruit and onboard talented candidates to fill critical roles.
- Analyze financial results and budgets to inform business decisions.
- Guide teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
- Mentor employees for professional development and career advancement.
- Optimize job schedules to ensure efficient use of staff resources.
- Foster strong relationships with ECI management to drive business partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure adherence to business procedures and processes to maintain operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to drive business results.
- Provide visual merchandising guidelines and brand trainings to store staff to enhance customer experience.
