About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team at REATIA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate data market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives and real estate professionals.
  3. Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies to prospect and qualify potential leads.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets, while continuously seeking new ways to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, consulting, real estate, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
