Business Development Manager - German Market

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing German Business Unit as a Senior Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for developing business and clients for the DACH Market, working in a diverse and multinational environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a Business Development strategy nationally and internationally, acquiring new accounts and managing a portfolio of key accounts.
  2. Assume high responsibility for your client portfolio, consisting of diverse accounts from your preferred sector.
  3. Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants and work closely with them to understand client needs.
  4. Advise on best strategies to find top talent and decide on delivery for clients according to our methodology and quality standards.
  5. Attach to workflow and develop each step related to sales management modalities (CRM completion and KPI management).
  6. Train new team members on our methodology, sales & sourcing strategies, and identify training needs and evaluate team performance.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, ideally in the recruitment/headhunting sector.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  3. A fluent level of German and English, as we have a global focus. Other European languages are highly valued.
  4. Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
  5. A clear vision for the future, being able to generate your own action plan on market development.
  6. An optimistic and proactive mindset, always looking for alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and clients.
  7. Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
  8. Be self-directed and able to plan your own time, working to targets and deadlines.
