Buscamos un perfil para un **Líder de Arte de Fuego Senior** en el departamento de Commercials para liderar y motivar a un equipo de artistas. Este puesto implica una gran responsabilidad y la oportunidad de impulsar aún más el desarrollo de un equipo sólido y para el cual se busca experiencia artística, técnica y de gestión.

**Responsabilidades:**

  • Composición y gestión de proyectos en 2D y 3D, que incluye la composición de elementos VFX.
  • Presentación y cotización de proyectos, ideando metodologías claras que describan su enfoque creativo.
  • Supervisión de efectos visuales y fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas en equipo.
  • Mentoría y formación de artistas jóvenes en sus equipos.
  • Desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con los clientes brindando asistencia y asesoramiento cuando sea necesario.

**Perfil:**

  • Tener un gran conocimiento de software Autodesk Flame, con 5 años de experiencia.
  • Conocimiento práctico de fotografía, técnicas y tecnologías cinematográficas.
  • Conocimiento de los paquetes de software PFTrack y Mocha.
  • Saber básico de paquetes de software 3D como C4D y Maya.
  • Conocimiento de Adobe Photoshop.
  • Conocimiento de paquetes de software 2D como Nuke y After Effects.
  • Capacidad para reaccionar a los cambios de manera eficiente y cumplir con los plazos de entrega.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con los clientes y los equipos.
  • Inglés intermedio - B2.
