Deluxe Media, un líder global en servicios de media y entretenimiento, busca un Senior Lead Artista de Flame para liderar y motivar a un equipo de artistas en el departamento de Comerciales.

Responsabilidades

  1. Composición y gestión de proyectos en 2D y 3D, incluyendo la composición de elementos VFX.
  2. Presentación y cotización de proyectos, ideando metodologías claras que describan su enfoque creativo.
  3. Supervisión de efectos visuales y habilidades para resolver problemas en equipo.
  4. Mentoría y formación de artistas jóvenes en sus equipos.
  5. Desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con los clientes brindando asistencia y asesoramiento cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

  1. Conocimiento profundo de Autodesk Flame con al menos 5 años de experiencia.
  2. Conocimiento práctico de fotografía, técnicas y tecnologías cinematográficas.
  3. Conocimiento de PFTrack y Mocha.
  4. Saber básico de C4D y Maya.
  5. Conocimiento de Adobe Photoshop.
  6. Conocimiento de Nuke y After Effects.
  7. Capacidad para reaccionar a los cambios de manera eficiente y cumplir con los plazos de entrega.
  8. Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente con los clientes y los equipos.
  9. Inglés intermedio - B2.
