Key Responsibilities:- Artistic Leadership: Collaborate with the Studio Art Director to establish artistic goals and vision for the project.
- Team Management: Coach and mentor team members, validate production outcomes, and oversee the development of 3D assets.
- Technical Expertise: Validate 3D assets against technical requirements and suggest solutions to meet set objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on 3D processes and procedures.
- Project Management: Oversee the 3D initial order and backlog, identify inconsistencies, and assign corrections.
- Communication: Provide regular progress updates to the Associate Producer and participate in performance follow-ups.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Senior/Lead Artist role in the videogames industry.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work in a team, delegate tasks, and lead by example.
- Technical Skills: Strong modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing skills, with proficiency in 3Ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Designer.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with real-time 3D engines, level editors, and technical constraints.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
