Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue through effective pricing, rate parity distribution across all channels, and hotel inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning, and future market need periods.
  • Support and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation.
  • Conduct ongoing revenue system health-checks and optimization.
  • Ensure that all distribution channels effectively support the hotel and maintain rate parity.
  • Monitor the daily online pricing to ensure it is in line with pricing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments.
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments, including Sales, Concierge, and Front Desk.
  • Optimize and maintain our revenue management systems.
  • Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and helpful manner, exceeding their expectations and making their stay with us luxurious in every way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in revenue management.
  • Experience in booking systems, revenue management systems, GDS, OTA extranets, and channel managers.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to SLS's unique culture.
  • Humility and openness to ideas.
