Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality research in support of proposals, client cases, and business or IP development initiatives
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Travel and Tourism industry, including Tourism destination development, Leisure, Aviation, and Travel Distribution
- Collaborate with consulting teams and knowledge teams to understand, scope, and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant data and information
- Utilize advanced research tools, databases, and sources to provide synthesized results and insights
- Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, identifying practical, timely, and innovative research approaches
- 0-2 years of business research experience, with specialization in Travel and Tourism topics
- Exposure to Tourism destination development and Travel Distribution topics is an added plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Master's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Aviation Management is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and fluency in another European language
- Sound understanding of the European Tourism sector and markets
- Desirable knowledge in research databases like OAG, Phocuswright, Euromonitor, or STR

Our team works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities, and trade data.
