Job SummaryThe Product Leader will oversee and lead all product management activities for an assigned product, including associated accessories and aftermarket worldwide. This role will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, executing strategies and tactics to drive increased revenue, market share, and profitability for these products within the target markets.
Key Responsibilities- Define the product boundaries, strategic objectives, value proposition, and linkages to other Importante Empresa products.
- Develop a roadmap and define realistic targets for costs, total revenue, gross margin, and market share for the product line over 1, 3, and 5-year horizons.
- Define the individual products within the product line that are required to satisfy the overall product line targets and objectives.
- Establish features, functionality, standard market level selling prices, lead times, and sales channels for the product line.
- Create appropriate tools and collateral needed to quote, promote, and sell products, as well as conduct associate and customer training on those tools and collateral.
- Define and control the global product technical definition in various configurators and pricing systems where the product can be quoted or sold.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in developing and executing product roadmaps, defining product strategies, and driving revenue growth. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
