**Job Summary**

Eurovision Services is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our Global Operations & Engineering team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Network Operations Centre (NOC), you will provide exceptional technical support to our global media network (FiNE).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for all transmission services and equipment in our FiNE network.
  • Prevent and troubleshoot faults, with a plan in place for potential issues.
  • Log and track incidents and service requests in our ticketing system, assigning tasks to relevant teams.
  • Escalate and follow up on Level 3 support, either internally or with external providers.
  • Interface with fiber suppliers to plan and execute fiber outages and maintenance works affecting our FiNE network.
  • Manage communication between end users and ICT support teams.
  • Promote process automation and participate in setting up monitoring solutions to improve service efficiency.
  • Produce documentation in English and provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Work during office hours with evenings and weekends on-call on a rotating basis.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working as part of a technical support team with relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN topologies, IP infrastructure, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with network monitoring solutions, Linux, and Windows.
  • System administration skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
