Job Summary: Tech Domain is seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT and networking-related issues
  • Install and replace hardware components, including servers and desktops
  • Provide on-site assistance and console access to remote support teams
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network devices and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes

Requirements:

  • Expertise in system desktop administration, customer service, and incident/change/release management
  • Professionally trained and certified in IT infrastructure library and Windows server administration
  • Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration, and subnetting
  • Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices
