Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, leading system-related projects, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects, collaborating with the IT team and technical developers.
  • Develop and implement an improvement plan to adapt the Employee Central module to new business needs.
  • Lead the integration of Success Factors with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Manage and maintain the Employee Database, monitoring data integrity and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
  • Create and maintain a variety of HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets, providing exceptional service to our users.
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven experience working with databases.
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improvement.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with French or Italian a plus.
