About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, including SAP Success Factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the subject matter expert for HR Systems and manage the Employee Central module to ensure it meets the company's evolving needs.
  • Lead the integration of Success Factors with other Systems and manage the Employee Database to ensure data integrity.
  • Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets to provide the desired service level.
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred).
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven experience working with databases.
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvements.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
