About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, User Experience Architecture to join our team at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. This is a key leadership position that will drive the development of user-centered design solutions across our B2B portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX Architecture team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop and implement a user experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Insights, to ensure seamless integration of UX solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, using data and research to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong background in user research, usability testing, and design strategy.
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Sketch, as well as prototyping and testing tools.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design, with a focus on user-centered design solutions.
