About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Digital Experience Manager to join our Digital Marketing team and take the lead in designing an exceptional user experience and visually appealing user interface for our Reconocida Empresa's network of websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive website experience strategy in collaboration with our internal UX and design experts.
  • Conduct user research to understand our target audience, their needs, and pain points to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure the website design is responsive and accessible on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and other design documentation to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
  • Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, including layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to align design with business objectives and user needs.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and present design solutions that align with the company's brand and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer/Product designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
  • Experience managing agency resources to support execution.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web design, headless architectures, and frameworks such as React are a plus.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
