Job Title: Senior Digital Design Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Design Manager to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of silicon design projects from definition through architecture, microarchitecture, SoC design, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital SoC/ASIC design projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with firmware/software, verification, and validation teams to ensure optimal design quality
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital design engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our design processes

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in digital SoC/ASIC design, with experience of multiple project development life cycles
  • Strong knowledge of the complete digital IC design flow
  • Experience managing silicon design teams and mentoring junior engineers
  • Strong knowledge of u-processor architecture and bus architecture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
