This is a chance to build and lead the core Hardware Engineering team, driving the delivery of silicon design projects from definition through architecture, microarchitecture, SoC design, and product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of digital SoC/ASIC design projects, with experience of multiple project development life cycles
  • Lead the design team in the complete digital IC design flow, ensuring optimal design quality
  • Manage silicon design teams, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of u-processor architecture and bus architecture
  • Collaborate with firmware/software, verification, and validation teams to ensure seamless design integration

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in digital SoC/ASIC design, with experience in multiple project development life cycles
  • Strong knowledge of the complete digital IC design flow
  • Experience managing silicon design teams
  • Strong knowledge of u-processor architecture and bus architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
