We are seeking an Intern User Experience Manager to support our Onsite Management Team in our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the Shop Management team by identifying user needs and motivation, and developing user guidance concepts for our Digital Web Applications.
- Collaborate with the team to create concepts, scribbles, mockups, and interactive prototypes for all digital products, bringing a market overview of developments and trends.
- Develop user flows for internal digital products, demonstrating a hands-on mentality.
- Participate in the 360° customer journey transformation on customer touchpoints, developing comprehensive user experiences.
- Work with web analytics, product management, and design to transform digital products into unique shopping experiences.
- Currently enrolled in studies or training in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in conceptual design, user experience, and usability positions.
- Eager to learn and broaden knowledge continuously.
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven individual.
- Excellent understanding of mobile usability and user interaction, customer journeys, and analytical understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
- Experience with wireframe tools, prototyping tools, and other design programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
- A fixed monthly salary of 800 Euros.
