As a User Success Officer, you will be the voice of our users in the company, working closely with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to create an exceptional user experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality personalized support across multiple contact channels, responding to user inquiries with empathy, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with excellent written and verbal native French communication skills, good written and verbal English communication skills, and proven customer support/user success experience. You should have a user-obsessed mindset, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. Proficiency in using CRM/customer service software, such as Zendesk, is a plus.
