YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as a post-sales account manager, engaging directly with our S/4 EM Public Customers (including RISE/GROW with S/4HANA clients) to navigate their journey with our solutions. The CSM is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upselling opportunities for Cloud products within our solution portfolio. This is achieved by cultivating strong relationships with clients and assisting them in maximizing the value of their partnership with SAP.
The CSM oversees critical customer milestones throughout the lifecycle, from contract signing to system setup, monitoring implementation progress, and ensuring business objectives are met. The CSM is expected to act as the strategic point of contact for the customer, leveraging resources across SAP functions to maintain overall customer health.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Presales, Customer Engagement, Product Management, Support, or Consulting, with a focus on cloud-related services.
- Experience managing complex customer engagements.
- Expertise in customer relationship management, sales, and sales team dynamics in the licensing, cloud, or services sectors.
- Commercial acumen, including the development of account management strategies and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of project management, including business process transformation and re-engineering.
- Innovative mindset focused on Customer Success.
- Strong network within SAP and cloud delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Desirable background in S/4HANA Public Cloud and Cloud Solutions.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The S/4HANA Public Cloud CSM team is dedicated to customer engagement and retention for our S/4HANA EM Public clients. The CSM acts as a strategic advisor and serves as an executive-level resource for SAP cloud solutions, ensuring customer success, satisfaction, solution adoption, and referenceability.
