Your Responsibilities at Mantu

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and success of our expanding client portfolio.

Our Client Success division is built on the principle that satisfied clients will continue to grow their business with us. In your role, you will bring this principle to life for your designated accounts by adopting a long-term strategy to promote the effective utilization of our services and ensuring that clients recognize the value generated over time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing client proficiency and utilization of Mantu's features by ensuring essential client personnel complete training on our offerings and best practices, along with providing additional support to advanced users as necessary.
  • Guaranteeing client success by overseeing their experience throughout the onboarding phase, addressing challenges, and coordinating Mantu's resources as required.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of client business operations through onsite/online workshops and collaborative sessions, and refining platform configurations based on the outcomes of these workshops.
  • Cultivating relationships at all levels within the client's organization, including key decision-makers and executive sponsors, to ensure compliance, facilitate new business opportunities, and support client retention.
  • Delivering engaging demonstrations of our technologies, consistently aiming to achieve a remarkable impact and maximize the adoption of our solutions and their features.
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews (QBR) to ensure Mantu is meeting the client's desired outcomes, and adjusting account strategies based on evolving client needs.
  • Collaborating regularly with sales teams to enhance their ability to upsell, cross-sell, and develop a long-term account strategy.
  • Partnering closely with product management to propose new features that will enhance Mantu's solutions and improve client satisfaction.
  • Working alongside marketing to enable clients to share their enthusiasm for Mantu with a broader audience.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Client Success Associates and Managers: developing their skills, guiding their careers, and driving their success across portfolios and projects.
  • Serving as a senior escalation point of contact for the clients managed by your team.
  • Actively contributing to the structuring of Mantu's Client Success department: developing effective playbooks and strategies, establishing processes, and digitizing operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Client Success Manager role within a B2B context or a similar position.
  • Previous experience in leading Client Success teams is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Possess enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn the features of a SaaS product from the ground up.
  • Enjoy resolving complex issues and providing clarity in challenging situations.
  • Exhibit strong Project Management skills within large organizations, effectively driving change by engaging key stakeholders; experience in cross-selling/upselling is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complexity while paying attention to detail.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
