About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Toluna. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences by meeting clients' strategic insights needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Strategic Advisor Relationships

Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, driving continued value from our products and services.

Partner with Clients

Collaborate with clients to establish critical goals, key performance indicators, and success measures, leading them to achieve their objectives.

Advocate for Clients

Act as a champion for clients' needs, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.

Expertise in Toluna Start

Develop and maintain expertise in Toluna Start, our survey platform, and provide training and support to clients.

Project Management

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Data Quality and Monitoring

Monitor data quality, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high-quality data.

Client Onboarding and Training

Provide initial and ongoing training to clients on our platform and processes.

Communication and Collaboration

Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

Advanced Language Skills

Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Project Management and Analytical Skills

Exceptional project management and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Teamwork and Collaboration

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
