Who You Are

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance our Smaato Supply team. This role is dedicated to managing and optimizing our relationships with publisher clients, especially those with long-tail accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in advertising technology and a demonstrated ability to foster revenue growth while improving client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and support long-tail publisher accounts, effectively addressing their inquiries and ensuring their success on our platform.
  • Analyze account performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and develop tailored proposals to maximize revenue potential for each publisher.
  • Proactively engage with underperforming accounts, presenting opportunities for upselling and demonstrating value propositions to drive additional revenue.
  • Assist publishers in transitioning between various integration types to optimize their utilization of the Smaato platform.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new publisher clients, ensuring efficient setup and integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to align strategies and deliver seamless service.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely closure of support tickets.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Business Development within the Adtech sector, particularly on the Publisher/Supply side.
  • Proven success in managing and expanding long-tail accounts.
  • Experience with technical integrations (VAST, o.RTB, Prebid, SDK, etc.).
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments, including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full business proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
