Your Role

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to become a vital part of our Smaato Supply team. This position emphasizes the management and enhancement of relationships with our publisher clients, particularly focusing on long-tail accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in advertising technology and a demonstrated capacity to drive revenue growth while improving client satisfaction.

This role is remote and can be performed from Spain.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage long-tail publisher accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns efficiently to ensure their success on our platform Analyze account performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose tailored solutions to maximize revenue potential while catering to the distinct needs of each publisher Engage proactively with underperforming accounts, presenting upsell opportunities and value propositions to stimulate additional revenue Assist publishers in navigating different integration types to optimize their experience with the Smaato platform Facilitate the onboarding process for new publisher clients, ensuring a seamless and effective setup Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to synchronize strategies and guarantee smooth service delivery Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and promptly address support tickets

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Business Development within the Adtech sector, preferably on the Publisher/Supply side Proven success in managing and expanding long-tail accounts Experience in overseeing technical integrations (VAST, o.RTB, Prebid, SDK, etc.) Comfortable with cross-department collaboration, including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint Full business proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous Bachelor's Degree required What We Provide
