About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our largest enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of new enterprise clients, from solution design to go-live.
  • Analyze funnels to measure success and take proactive measures to enhance client performance.
  • Provide insights on market trends and guidance on running successful programs.
  • Build and expand relationship networks both internally and with clients.
  • Participate in management meetings to discuss client status and strategize accordingly.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Practical work experience in HR Tech, preferably in roles such as customer success manager, account manager, or delivery manager.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Experience in HR or HR software environments, including ATS or MSP.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interactions across all levels of the company hierarchy.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and performance-ready work style.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
