Position Overview
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our team in Mallorca, responsible for providing operational support to one of our major clients (tour operator) across all our destinations in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service quality to ensure excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high client service standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations team across various destinations, offering guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall business performance.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and execute process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee transfer compliance and vehicle branding in all destinations.
- Liaise with transfer providers to guarantee service quality.
- Manage risk and escalation procedures in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).
- Handle claims and incidents related to customer operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience collaborating with tour operators and incoming services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (native level); Spanish is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are highly valued.
