About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at W Ibiza. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and meet guest expectations
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas and storage facilities
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all areas are secure
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and requisition necessary supplies
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of staff, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that safety and security protocols are in place
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
