About the Role:
The Food and Beverage Commis Server is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be tasked with preparing, transporting, and serving food and beverage orders, all in accordance with Four Seasons standards and in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the waiter by preparing, transporting, and serving food and beverage orders.
- Carry trays correctly and safely, and know how to clean and prepare tables.
- Be familiar with the food offerings of each menu and be able to explain to customers the composition of the dishes.
- Clean and keep the guest tables and areas, as well as the food and beverage preparation areas, organized.
- Respect and carefully handle the expensive equipment at the various restaurant outlets.
What You Bring:
We're looking for candidates who are committed to excellence in service and who are great team players. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Food and Beverage area and be able to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to and anticipating the needs of customers.
The candidate must have legal permission to work in Spain and must be fluent in Spanish, as well as in English.
